I am a certified and awarded personal trainer with many years of experience and passion for movement and a healthy lifestyle. I know what it's like to work behind a desk or on business trips all day long, struggle with the effects of injuries, heavy workloads and stress. One day, however, it turned out that it was time to follow what I love and what brings real change in the lives of people who will also be ready for it. Today, I help not only an individuals, but also lead training and courses for companies and employees, thanks to which thet expand their consciousness and knowledge of how to take care of their health at work.
Many years of coaching practice, knowledge and observations help me create original training method, which I use on a daily basis. It is unique and unique because it allows you to help and achieve your goals faster and in a different way than with any other training. Surprisingly, you will not find heavy exercises and crazy pace here. What is ten this method, what is Absolute Body Control?
Absolute Body Control is a system that combines scientifically proven and the most beneficial types of movement in the right proportions, i.e. strength training, medical training, functional training, vibrogymnastics, pilates and stretching. But it is not everything! Add to this, for example, breathing, mindfulness and nutrition to support your body. Absolute Body Control consists of two main models of cooperation: solo and together. In solo, you work alone with a ready-made plan. Together we work simply together. You decide which system will bring you the most benefits.
